The booking Process

My booking process is super simple! If you are an existing guest just hit the book button anywhere on my site. If you are a new guest, head to my new guestpage for all the details!
Before you arrive to your appointment

Prior to coming in I love to know a little bit about you! On or before the day of your appointment please fill out my Guest Form.You should recieve some correspondance from me reguarding the confirmation of your appointment and any questions I might have for you! You are also welceome to book a totally free consultation appointment to discuss options before we book for an actual service! Think of it as a hair stylist test drive.
What to do when you arrive to your appointment

On the day of your appointment I ask that you arrive 5 mins. early to your appointment. Here in the square you have a few parking options! 1. You can park right in the square. It is all metered parking and you can pay with coins, card, or download the CincyEZ Park app onto your phone! I can help you with any of these options when you arrive. 2. You can park in the public pay lot. This can be found between E+O Resturant and Diggs. 3. You can park a block or so in any direction off the square for free! It's a easy and beautiful 2 min. walk all year around. You will find the salon located right in the Hyde Park Square next door to the fire station and directly across from Awakenings Coffee shop! (I highly reccomend this place). Come on in when you get here and we will grab you some of my speciality refreshments and begin your service with a consultation. From there we will create a plan together to reach your desired goals. During your service I will make product reccomendations based on any struggles you might be having with your hair! So come prepared with all your burning questions. We will have an amazing service together and wrap things up with the reveal of your new hair, a fun little photoshoot, and rebooking your next one!
After your Appointment...

The fun isn't over yet! Once you leave my chair you are still my valued guest! Be on the lookout for correspondance from me about how things are going! I love to stay up to date and be sure you are happy with your results.
